We had a very enjoyable stay at Palladia with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. The hotel offers free parking and a bar with a top-notch bartender. The breakfast had good options and the evening dining was exceptional. The overall experience was great, with a big room, nice closet, and a well-decorated restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay!

Although a little out of town, a very good hotel with very good facilities - a car is a must to stay at this hotel.

When they got things wrong.. ( and they did) they put them right.

Our room wasn't cleaned by 3 in the afternoon. Service at dinner was as good as Basil Fawlty. The waiter who took the order pretended to understan English, but got the order completely wrong. When I complained to the management, they sent a bottle of champagne to the room and we were not charged for the dinner. The folllowing night everything went righrt and the quality was excellent.Difficult to park when we were there s there is a conference centre attatched and there was a conference,

During my recent stay at Hotel Palladia, I experienced exceptional service when I mistakenly left my phone behind. The staff went above and beyond, allowing me to collect it personally or even offering to post it to me. This level of attentiveness truly impressed me.

Location for the airport was key.

Great welcoming, very helpful and polite staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant. We lost our invoice and when we contacted the hotel few days after our stay they answer was immediate and they faxed it a few minutes after our phone call. Also, we stayed with our dog and everybody was very friendly towards it. Nice breakfast as well.

We, as young families, loved the comfortable and spacious rooms at this hotel. The free parking right in front of the hotel was a great convenience. The staff, always kind and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious burgers from room service.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and have no complaints at all.

my recent stay in toulouse was amazing, especially at this stylish hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel so welcome. the hotel's beautiful decor and comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it for a special occasion like my birthday celebration.

Decor

Main reason of selecting the hotel was distance from airport 5 Kms & facility of free airport shuttle. I arrived Toulouse airport at 16.15 hrs & requested them to send a shuttle, which they said was not possible due to some reason, which I had no choice to accept as I had non refundable booking. Next day had flight at 6.45 hrs & requested a shuttle at 5.30 hrs, which they refused as they said it starts at 7.00 hrs, but than why not mention clearly in website? Why attract clients with wrong info? All hotels near airport are preferred to move quickly in least possible expense. This wrong kno cost me 2 times taxi with additional cost of € 50. Who will pay? Another thing, just not as important, but they also mention fitness room, which unfortunately has all non working or outdated equipment, so either they change or remove this from their website.

Location was near the city centre which made it easy to get around. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast which had a good range of options.

Check-in took too long due to computer problems and staff were not very apologetic. Some noise from the outside area could be heard in the room which made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is very well maintained, good internet and free, parking free and enough space, breakfast is good, all in all a good Hotel to stay.

The location is not the best, outside the periferique (ring), and the checkin and checkout could be a bit fast.

Really clean hotel, the beds are so comfortable. Just perfect for the price paid And the buffet bkft is excellent
